Apartment “L'Orangeraie”: Avallon Clos-Lucé

Located in the heart of the new residential area of Rabat, the apartments of L'Orangeraie are among the most sought-after places in the capital.
We accompanied the happy owner of an apartment who wanted to renovate his home in a modern minimalist spirit.
To help him realize his wish, we redesigned the living room space by introducing natural stone that will bring the desired elegance and contemporaneity.
The main wall of the living room as well as the central fireplace were entirely made of grey Avallon Clos-Lucé, giving this living space an “avant-garde” mineral look.
The large size Avallon Clos-Lucé was chosen to cover the main wall and its continuity towards the garden.

The Clos Lucé brushed finish on the surface of the stone gives a wonderful texture typical of natural stone in the French tradition, completely matte and in relief while transmitting a sensation of extreme softness tactilely. It is a finish that goes equally well on the floor as on the wall.

The base of the fireplace carved in solid wood is also made of Avallon Clos-Lucé in four solid modules.
