Rectification

Promomarbre factory, we aim for surgical precision. The degree of tolerance of the variation of the sides is not greater than a tenth of a millimeter. In order to meet the international standards in coating, we have installed a surface calibrator and an edge trimming machine in our tiles surface treatment line to obtain perfect calibrated surfaces in thickness and perfect straight edges. This is how our products meet the standards of the American ceramic tiles with a thickness of 10 mm.

We also have several edges treatment machines to treat the visible edges of the cut to size pieces in order to make a chamfer, a moulding, a rounded radius…etc
