COLLECTION NEOLITH
Description
Calatorao is a gray limestone extracted from the quarries of
Calatorao (Zaragoza, Spain) for over 2000 years. An ancient
stone that has a great history since it has been used throughout
the Iberian Peninsula, in many monuments, churches, monasteries,
palaces, sculptures, columns or canopies.
For its
porcelain products, NEOLITH has been able to reproduce the shiny
golden veins and the intense gray color, characteristic of this
famous stone. It is also the favorite stone of the famous
Spanish sculptor Juan de Ávalos who used it throughout his
brilliant career.
