The headquarters of Maroc Telecom in Rabat (91 m) is the highest tower of the capital, but with its highest mast of 48 meters it comes just after the minaret of the Hassan II mosque (210 m) in absolute height. This tower, located in the Hay Ryad district, has 20 floors.

Of an architectural concept, somewhat complex, the building starts from a simple parallelepiped volume representing the totality of the mass, in a smooth and pure form of a good proportion. This volume rotates around circular internal circulations. An extreme challenge in the cutting of the black granite wedges, widely raised.
